The way I started in this business was a fluke. After a knee injury and ended professional soccer career in 1999, the owner of the soccer team I played with believed in education and trade schools.
He sponsored me and gave me a choice of a three-year painting school or attending five years in a carpentry school. I decided to go with the painting school not knowing a thing about the trade. Because of my curious personality, I clicked with the whole painting curriculum and was anxious to learn more and more about the trade.
In 2002, I became a Professional Painter and Decorator. After working with the best companies in Chicago, I decided to branch out on my own as an independent painter and decorator contractor and started my own company. My goal was to provide the best customer service to many home owners, architects, designers and other construction firms.
My wife is from Colorado, so we decided to head out west to Colorado to raise our family. One year ago we landed here and I fell in love with Colorado – hence my Colorado painting logo.
I’m committed to presenting the best products and techniques on my future and current jobs. Many painters and dry wall experts become painters through on-the-job-training. And although this is a way to get started, actually going to school and learning from the best really helps me excel at delivering the best for my customers.
In the short time I’ve been here, I’ve been fortunate to meet the best customers and partners. I’m so proud to be the exclusive contractor for amazing designers, real estate firms, general contractors and many satisfied home owners. It’s been a great journey.
